Hello,

My name is Laney Mullins, I ordered ATH-CKS990IS from Zzounds on 11/05/2017. In January 2018 the right earbud stopped working, I called Audio-Technica and was told that they were covered under a two year warranty. I was instructed on how to return them for warranty replacement in the mail. Someone from Audio-Technica picked them up at the post office on 01/11/2018, I called to verify that they were picked up. I called the service department back to check the status of the replacement, an Asian lady returned my call, but the only thing I could understand from what she told me was that my package was picked up and something about a first come first serve basis

I really do not understand that since it is a warranty replacement

I've still as of 01/22/2018 not heard anything from audio technica regarding the replacement.
