I currently live abroad and ordered the BH and G Double Tension Shower Rod from Walmart.com for $49. 94. When I took it out of the box to install it, one of the four screw holes (2 in each pole) had a screw stuck in it. The screw is smaller than the Allen-Wrench provided with the item (and smaller than any Allen-Wrench that I own) so I can not unscrew it. This screw is stuck in the hold farthest from the opening in the pole so I cannot reach it from the inside with pliers to remove it either. Unable to remove this screw, I cannot adjust the rods to fit my shower so it is essentially worthless to me. I'm so disappointed as I have been unable to find anything like this here in Germany so I ordered and waited for weeks on this product to arrive from the US instead.

Hello. I purchased three Better Homes and Garden scented wax cubes at Walmart. I have two wax melting pots and put two cubes in each one. They were the spicy cinnamon cubes. The first day they were awesome. One room is 10x12 and the other room is 7x10. The second day they were not as strong, but I knew that would be the case. The third day you could hardly smell them, I would think they would last longer than that. I'm into the 5th day and I can not smell them at all. So I thought I might be use to them so I left the house for a couple of hours and returned and could almost could not smell them. It's a shame I spend my hard earned money and get a product that is this low in quality from a company that has been in business for many years. I'm very disappointed in this product and you as a large company should be ashamed putting this kind of product on the shelves. I will no longer purchase anything with BHG name on it.
