I have not received merchandise yet submitted on Dec 16, 2014 and already paid for. Have sent many e-mails to find the status of order, but only one reply on Dec. 28. It would be nice to actually speak with someone or to receive an e-mail regarding status of order. Not very good customer service and will not use this site again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
