I'm not too sure if I'll continue to purchase your devices anymore due to Facebook dropping blackberry. I can not use the BlackBerry hub anymore on Facebook and now I can not even get onto Facebook without it crashing anymore. Notification through the hub was the best part. Basically all my devices seem now out of date and out of touch with what's important to me. It seems to me like you gave up on your loyal customers. All my BlackBerry friends and all th message boards are all saying the same thing. As a Canadian man trying to support Canadian products. I now feel like what's the point. I bought several phones under the impression that I can use the BlackBerry hub. And was assured my your representatives and sales associates that Facebook would be just the same as all my other devices. That's false advertising and I feel like I was ripped off to get the sales.

I have been a blackberry customer since PEARl was introduced. My wife is also a BB user. We got a BB Classic in may 2015 via Rogers and in February 2016 the touch screen wouldnt work gave it to Rogers store 322 port union and after 17 days it came back 'repaired', but saw noe changes to the issue gave it back and on March 22nd- i was called and handed in the phone with 0 battery so couldnt test rt there, same issue seen again in total i had to use my old Q10 for a month and -now i have a NO TOUCH SCREEN Classic with me .Rogers says BUY new ? WHY ? one year warrenty .
