Hope you could help me with this. I already request for a cancellation of my booking last week i Macapuno Beach Resort. Already talked to the owner of the property and said that he will help me to cancel it. But as my surprised today it was charges into my credit card. I booked for hotel accommodations in Boracay Haven Resort amounting to 17, 836. 68php and that amount reflected in my booking confirmation using my credit card. But to my surprised I received a text message that the amount is 21, 760php and as I checked the booking confirmation that booking.com has charged us with 12% vat and 10% service charge which is not indicated before I booked it it is a hidden charge so I want to cancel my booking now since it was not clear to me that there are other charges. You have to take actions now to cancel it and refund the payment before I talked to my lawyer.

Hi, i have a question, I reserved a room through booking.com, but I didn't provide my credit/debit card details because it says no credit card needed to reserve the room. two days before my reservation date, I decided to cancel my booking, but then it says that the total cancellation cost is equivalent to that one room stay. How is that even possible? How are you going yo charge me with the cancellation cost when you do not have my card details? It's alarming and confusing. Please answer this.

Pls advise how come when my Philippines office book with FedEx for pick up and deliver to S'pore also charge to S'pore Fedex account under Ex-works, but was told to get S'pore office to do the booking instead and submit the remote form. Why all this trouble and if not wrong, it only happen on Fedex Philippines, I do not have such problem when booking with Fedex by my Malaysia offices. Please advise.

No one answering the phone. I have a problem with cancellation. Actually i call the owner of Vanessa Condotel, she said that she cancel the connection with booking.com she adviced me to cancelled it and its free to cancel it with no additional cost and i do it.
