We have been trying since Tuesday March six to have a critical prescription filled and since CVS Caremark has mishandled the prescription fill process we have had to get two partial prescriptions filled at the local CVS at 10x the cost. I've never experienced such ineptness in all my life dealing with provider of goods and services. My daughter's illness almost killed her and the stress caused by this fiasco has created much stress, stress that an ulcerated colitis patient can not affort to have. The doctor's office has attempted to help us with this challenge making multiple calls to CVS Carmark. I plant to file formal complaint with federal officials.

Someone today ordered medicines from my account, WITHOUT my knowledge or consent. The associate I spoke with wqas unable to identify yhe person. She said the drugs were ordered and shipped today. Does Caremark allow this to happen without doing something about it?I will wait for your response before I take qny action. Might this behavior be illegal? The drugs involved are Meclizine, Lisinopril, Omeprazole. Finasteride, and Spiriva. The first three were discontinued by my Primary several weeks agoI did not order this drugs ND i Do not want them. Ordered and shipped the same day, is this normal procedure?.
