For the last three months I have this car parked in front or adjacent to my driveway, it has a sign and I asked the person that it no parking and he said write him a ticket, so I have complained three x and even the police do not really care to do nothing, so maybe I should go to the court house and make a claim against the city by law, for stress. June or July?.

Why does the box below suggest there is room for 3000 characters, but when I typed my previous message of concern which was less than that, I receive an error message that indicates only 1000 characters are permitted.

Mr. G Cook On Phone To City of Hamilton Parking Bylaw Service
With the installation of bike lanes on Bay Street South and in particular the section between Markland and Aberdeen there is much reduced parking for residents and guests; significant work is done and large trucks necessarily occupying space in order to access their worksites including property maintenance. Also significant ongoing parking issues filming at Bay and Aberdeen. Reduced parking makes jockeying vehicles from driveways, a challenge. By-law enforcement may dissuade people who feel they have found a regular and free parking spot. Area residents who pay significant taxes to reside in Durand are the losers.
