My name is Karyn. I ordered a body scrub from Body Blendz, an Australian company since February and up till now it has not been delivered. Two different parcels were sent to me through this company, the one in February and another in April, but I have not received any. The method of shipping they used does not have tracking because they offer free shipping. I have made complaints to the Body Blendz company severally, but they insist they have sent my parcel and I should check with my country. They confirmed that it was shipped via dhl.

Over Charged on custom duty, Good day, I have a sample package to receive from your organization Airway bill 9229822980, but was charged an exorbitant amount on customs duty, I went to your office to make inquirers about the amount charged an was told to submit an invoice of item shipped which I have done, I was promised I would be contacted by monday 23rd sept, which I am still expecting, the value of shipment charged was a whooping. N127,256 on an item wort $36 and shipped for free. The custom duty is suppose to be 20% of total cost and 5% vat. The total amount charged was N38784, please someone come to my aid as this is not what I expected from an intl organization like this. The customer service quality is nothing to write home about

Hello, I sent a package via EMS from Australia to Nigeria. However, it has been given to DHL and is on hold due to address issues. The address label was clearly put on top of the package. I took great care to ensure the address was correct. If there are issues why are they not contacting me or even better to contact the recipient who has been awaiting collection and can verify the address or even collect it direct?
