Hello, I'm a new member since September 2017, from Preston. I was given a Voucher book with £25 pounds off certain products for on line shopping. I tried each an every way to purchase the items I wanted, but when the time came to add the voucher it was denied. (these vouchers expire the 31st of October) I tried calling by phone to your customer service only to lose 45 minutes of listening to taped recording to hold the line and shorty someone will answer. It never happened, nobody ever answered. I would like some answers and explanations please. Thank you

My complaint is that on ringing the membership service number on four occasions it has never been answered despite one time holding for more than 20 minutes. Next I completed the on line form giving my email address and mobile and land line numbers, but have had no response. How do I get hold of someone to speak to?.

Hi I am having the run around with D W Sports. I want to speak to someone in Marketing that is using the internet to bully gym customers. I missed a class this week and was told I will be subject to the Internal misuse policy - "asked for a copy" still waiting. I have photos of the conditions of the gym in places - not good. I would suggest a missed class is the least of your worries. I am trying to speak to Mr Martin Long CEO as I also have some positive things to pass on on behalf of our circuits class in Thanet Kent. It appears everyone is hiding behind another individual or Department to pass the buck. I look forward to a sensible conversation with Mr Martin Long.
