Mr. John Wayne Gasser CallsDec 28, 2021

I can not get a hold of anyone at Dc Comics. I am completing and publishing a book and I would like to entitle it, "My Adventures with Wonder Woman" AKA my wife, Laura. She is superhuman in many ways, but sometimes you simply must wonder what that woman is up to. Hence, My Wonder Woman. That is why I am reaching out to you, to apply for written consent and acknowledgement to use a few DC Comic characters as a backdrop to my work regarding my wife and I of 41 years. I can best be reached via cell phone at 765-570-3580 or via email at gasserjohnw@gmail.com. Thanks for Your Time,

John W. Gasser.

5 - We all do not have misshapen heads- If I were to walk by you with out speaking you would never know I was developmentally delayed. The presumption that all developmentally disabled people are contorted violent things that belong in a asylum was introduced 50 years ago, and should of been put away in the 70s. If you do change how developmentally disabled people are represented in your comics, do not make him helpless and misshapen. Goodnight.

4 - We can have jobs and become productive members of society- When I see a developmentally challenged character struggling to understand the most basic commands I get angry, because believe it or not we can be more than just henchmen of villians or a destructive superhero. We can become daycare workers, work in stores, work in restaurants, work in fast food joints, and maybe become a secretary, in fact I once heard about a man with down syndrome who runs a restuarant. I know that most of us rely on government assistants to get by, I do myself, but I have a dream to one day be able to support myself and my family with my writing, and those who need aid for the rest of their live can still do two thing that every human in this world can, hope, and love.

Sorry for the delay, I have siblings. 3- We can contain information- Though we stumble through learning, once we learn something that interest us, we can contain it by repeatedly doing it )reading, writing, counting). If we have a hobby like astrology, mythology, history, and mechanics, we can contain some of the information involved. Examples: Mars has no moon, Mercury is the closest to the sun, Pluto is the farthest to the sun and is no longer considered a planet, the sun is a star, the earth and the moon was once one rock, Titan is the only moon with an atmostosphere, Uranus sits on its side, and the milky way is where stars are born. This helps us when we get a job.

2 - developmentally challenged and ignorant are not one in the same- unlike Lenny in " Of Mouse And Men" it's very unlikely we would not realized we killed somebody. We are not so retarded that we cannot see what is obvious, have some common since, we certainly do. Are minds are not so damaged that we would do anything that person who is smarter than us said to do. We are not unable to make decisions for our selves, to decide between what is good and bad, and we do something bad like steal, we are either a person of bad character or someone who is unable to get a proper job. I know, I know you made Bizaro, and he's a pretty okay guy. But can we have a unique character that's not a copy.

Let me tell you what the mentally disabled are like, and are cable of. 1- Developmentally challenge and mentally illness are not the same thing - To clearify, developmentally challenge means you have problems learning things that others might take for granted, reading, math, grammar, social skills. Mental illness is a disorder that affects your mood, thinking, and behavior.

You are doing a terrible job fulfilling my MAD magazine subscription. I should have just bought them off the newsstand. At least I would get them that way. I wish I had not subscribed from you to begin with as delivery and service have both been atrocious.
