Horrendous service from your tap up agent Shell Shop on Regent St. On Friday April 8th, 2018 I was denied the opportunity to purchase credit from Shell Shop on Regent Street. It was alleged that I didn't park enough in the corner so I couldn't buy credit. Surely at ten PM there is an overwhelming amount of traffic at the shell shop to justify the five minute debate refusing to sell me credit. Further it was an emergency call I had to make. Thanks to the disgusting and wasteful service provided by Shell Shop I was in a dilemma at that hour in the night. If this is the attitude when there is barely if any at all traffic I would not deny that they also deprive other persons purchasing during busy hours for unfounded reasons.
