But the problem, something happened to this SIM card, it became unusable, or the SIM card failed to register. What about my load which is more or less P600. 00? I have tried messaging customer service before, but never get reply Maybe it is because they cannot justify what they do to me. Every month I pay 1000 pesos to load my USB 3Gtatoo stick, which i use to connect to the net. I was told byt the clerk that i would receive 800 MB per day usage on the net for my 1000 pesos. The same thing is printed in your advertising. But this is not the case. After i reach apx 670mb usage, I receive a message from customer service that states my usage has been too great and so they will slow down my speed. Which they do. It becomes so slow i must just sign off cause it is just too annoying to be that slow. So my obvious question is if i pay you 1000 pesos for 800mb per day why do i not get full speed for my 1000 pesos. Neither the clerk nor your ads state that if you exceed 670 your speed will be reduced. If i pay 100 pesos for 800 MB then i expect to get full speed on all 800 mb. Its not fair and not right to do this to customers.

This past month, i have had to wait up to five hours to get a decent connection. Is there a specific problem in my area causing this trouble? When people are calling me,they only reach three rings and gets a voice prompt or gets cut off. Some callers will only get one ring and get cut. They all end up texting me or just leaving missed calls. This has been going on for months now, but only to selected callers. Mostly are globe subscribers too.
