Ms. Karla Mcconnell On Phone To Green Mountain Energy Service
I was switched from Iberdrola to green Mountain and have yet been able to view my bill. Green Mountain has a silly thing you have to do before you can view your own bill. You have to type out exactly what you see or it tells you you've failed which is impossible to do. You cannot print from a phone exactly what you see its impossible. I've tried over and over and am told that I failed. Why do I have to do that no one wants to view my bill. I'm not going to keep paying a bill I can not view. Either send me a bill or drop having to go through ridiculous steps to view my bill. I didn't have to go through all that with Iberdrola 903-267-6375.
