Went to Norwood S. A. cinema's today to see "Murder on the Orient Express"; session was at 12. 50 pm. Was given ticket and told it was Cinema 7;, but it was the wrong Cinema should have been Cinema 5 , which I realised when the Charles Dickens movie started. By this time, I missed 15 minutes of M. O. O. E and opted for a refund, saying I would come back tomorrow. Now I look online and no further sessions are scheduled at Norwood 10 mins. From my home . I will have to drive some 35 minutes to Tea Tree Plaza and try to find a park in their crazy car park for a session on Friday- the last day for my HOYTS Gift Card to be used. Talk about stressfulI am 77 years old and need this like a hole in the head Not at all happy, Jan.
I was deeply upset to see an ad for gambling - which was glorifying gambling - when attending Penrith HOYTS recently - this is as bad as advertising cigarettes and I really think it should not be shown.
Hi
I purchased three chicks at the flicks tickets valued at $30, but got them cheaper through optus perks For $25 each. When we arrived at Tweed City HOYTS we were told that because these wern't the $30 tickets we were only intitled to a popcorn and ice-vcream. After speaking to Thomas the manager we were also offered a free drink. How dissapointing I often go to Event cinema girls night out, alsoo purchasing discount tickets with no let down. I felt cheated, ripped off and angry that we wasted our money on attending. HOYTS advertised Each guest will receive one x Parcel and one x InStyle magazine on arrival. An online booking fee applies per ticket - $1. 20 for General Admission and $3 for HOYTS LUX tickets. As the ticket wasnt discounted through HOYTS I could see no problem. I will be warning people of my experience and advise Event Cinemas
