I have an HP printer at my home. It is Laserjet 100 color MFP M175a. The printer now is becoming so slow. It doesn't print fast. It stops for each paper and says in the screen the following :" unexpected paper size press Ok to continue" and I need to press ok for each paper and you can imagine me standing for 13 or 15 pages and pressing each time for each paper. Its ridiculous. I am so frustrated and I need an urgent help. I think I need to bring it to any approved HP centers to have it checked by an expert in printers. We have a HP Color LaserJet Cm2320 MFP printer, in that we need to add computer to scan and scan email SMTP is also needs to be setup. I downloaded the latest OEM (320 MB) and installed, still we are not able to add the computer name into the printer, i. E., like if we place the document on the scanner and pressing scan and then selecting the computer name from the control panel. The same way to scan and send through email it says "SMTP cannot be contact" or like SMTP cannot be found. My operating system is Windows seven Professional 64 Bit Edition. Send us the guide to succeed on the above issue.
