I just purchased your L'Oreal Extreme Intense Liquid Pencil Eyeliner, however there was a defect with the pencil as the lead could not be sharpened properly and the pencil kept ripping making the pencil lead crumble and therefore, no able to use. Do you have any suggestions as to why this happened. I love the way the pencil glides and feels and looks, however, I was extremely disappointed when I went to use after the lead went down, as I could not use due to defect in extended the lead for further use. The pump spray stopped working after the first few uses and subsequently started pumping liquid out from the gap between the pump and neck of the container dripping over a towel. I recently bought and used L'Oreal Brow Artist Shaper (in 03 Brunette). The first time is sharpened the wax shaping end, it broke off. Attempting again, broke again. My sharpener is not the problem as it works on all other L'Oreal pencils and others that I own and use it on. Could it be a problem with the pencil? I am a dedicated and faithful user of L'Oreal products and find their quality excellent. Naturally then I was disappointed and let down by this brow pencil. I hope that you will stand behind your exemplary reputation and history of your company and products. I would ask to receive some sort of reimbursement, offers or vouchers so that I can try another (maybe this was just an exception or a 'dud'). I was very excited to try the Infallible liquid eyeliner because of the felt tip. I have had it for three days and have tried wearing it three times Unfortunately enough liquid doesn't come out to fill the applicator. I have been storing it with the tip down thinking that this was the problem and it helps, but it only allows me to do one eye, then the liquid runs out so i can not do the other eye. The felt tip is easy to use (on the one eye), but basically the product is useless. The eyeliner also smudges very easily even after it is dry (i tried wearing it on one eye and my old one on the other eye). After only a few minutes there is smudging above and below my eyes which looks ugly as you can imagine. My old eyeline doesn't do this. Please let me know how i can get a refund for this product. I bought your age perfect night cream for mature skin and revitalift triple lzr day lotion for the first time. I was surprised and saddened upon opening the boxes to find so much empty space. In the revitalift box there is a whole empty side section that makes it look like a 2nd part of the product was left out. The other has flaps to hold more air space. Why not make the product and the box match in size? It's not to safeguard the containers as they're as strong as any other company's. Why is the company producing/shipping/selling so much wasted cardboard and empty space? The stores can not be happy with all the extra shelf room these partially filled boxes are taking.
