Founder of MET Institute of Computer Science - MET ICS Mumbai a qualified mechanical/ electrical engineer whose political and social career spans four decades during which he has held number of high ranking civic and political posts such as the Mayor of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation as well as Deputy Chief Minister of the Govt. of Maharashtra. His passion for nation building has impelled him to set up the MET League of Colleges. Presently, Mr. Bhujbal is a senior Cabinet Minister in the Govt. of Maharashtra. Vision of MET Institute of Computer Science - MET ICS Mumbai is to shape professionals, to conquer the present and future challenges to the socio-economic fabric of our society, by institutionalizing search, development, research and dissemination of relevant knowledge through structured learning systems.

Therefore there are ongoing programmes in Yoga and meditation across MET. A programme aimed at offering 'earn and learn' opportunities to students is also being evolved and pilots will be soon operational in the coming semester.
