Solve it and that’s why this model production is stopped due to this problem in the handset. now after repair, next day again i visited your service center b. cous now the flash was not working. touch panel some app. not responding etc. even after they said they had changed the mother board. the handset has been sent twice to noida)l4)because of this problem i started to visit your service center very frequently now and then. they repair i used it, . again they repair i use d it, , again and again this has come. they even send the handset to Mumbai for repairs, i requested them please and please change / replace / even extend my warrant as this problem is occurring since warranty period, but all went in vain or you can say my words fell on deaf ears.

i went to your authorized service center in pune as i live there. it took approx. 15-20 days to fix a small problem called as (software updataion)for low-space. being a new handset and having a very high faith in your company i accepted it and started to use it. unfortunately again my happiness did not last. again the phone started to give problem. now this time the problem was low space. low-space. flash not wkg. android stooping unfortunately these types etc. when the 2nd time i gave the handset for low space the service center took two months. they had to send the mobile to l4 )noida), as it could not be done at there at their level. when on my visit and continuous followup the handset arrived )after two months). then when i went to pick up my phone from your highly estimated service center the enng. personal told that this problem is common in this model and it can come again, , as t is a company defect which they cant )Panasonic) solve it.
