Lincoln street papaginos poor place to deal with. Had to wait 45 minutes for two specialty pizzas. The last time i ordered from this place they fouled up my order and i had to wait extra time then. I will think about ordering papaginos again.

Went to Papa Ginos in Gardner a few weeks ago, called in order, 30 minuet wait, got there they said they are packing up order, ten minutes later asked where my order is, oh, coming right up, a total of 45 minutes later after the 30 min wait I got my cold food, today 7-7-2015 called in order, they said 30 min wait, gave all my info phone coupon ect. Got there went to register to pay took all my info that I gave over the phone and was told my order was never entered, the Mgr said he was putting me on top of the list, still had to wait another 30 min. Meanwhile, people ordered after me and they received their food before me. I am not a very happy with the staff at Papa Ginos Gardner. Oh, and I was asked some very stupid and degrading questions about my order.

I recently visited your location in Kingston store number 1081. The staff appeared to be very disorganized and it took 30 minutes from order time to get two slices of pepperoni. When I went up to ask what was going on they hadn't even put the slices in the oven Then when they realized their mistake they didn't even offer an apology My husband's Italian sub was so light on the meat it was like it came from subway We actually frequent this location at least three times a month and we do not plan on coming back now.

Papa Ginos's located on West Boylston St in Worcester has horrible service. Since when do I have to wait 20 minutes for macaroni and Cheese and the people sitting next to me were waiting even longer. I thought when Valerie and her crew were there it was horrible. But I guess nothing will ever get down about the problem.
