I have had and used a Regal Crown Club card for years, but haven't tried to create an account until today. I have completed the application at least a dozen times and each time I get a message that the request didn't go through and I should try again. I've tried and tried and tried, but I have no idea why the request wasn't accepted. The password fits the parameters; I removed the period after my middle initial for my first name; I removed the middle initial altogether; I removed the leading zeros from my card number; etc. ; etc., , but nothing works. The application form is very poorly designed in that it doesn't tell the applicant what field is wrong. It just says, Sorry, try again I am frustrated beyond belief. Please get your programrs to work on this.

Hello I’m not sure if this is the correct Email address To reach the Regal group crown club reword team, however. It appears as I have the following Regal Crown Club separate Regal Crown Club numbers (listed attached). I’m unable to locate the card listed in my account that says I have over 1500 points. But, would it be possible to combine all reward card numbers in one card as I have lost cards before in the past. Please advise
Also, There was a promotion: Purchase a ticket to A Quiet Place between 5/25/18-5/31/18 and receive an additional ticket of equal or lesser value to the same showtime. However it says to “purchase tickets here”? I don’t quite understand as it says Purchase tickets here, and then it also says box office only. Please kindly advise thank you .

I went to theatre yesterday and have the card print out from ticket stub with the Regal Crown Club section on it and says 9583. My Regal Crown Club App has stopped working. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times with no success. The odd thing is that I can log into the web-page using the same credentials just fine. I do not know what's going on or how to fix it, but it's incredibly frustrating. Is the any way to just get an actual plastic card mailed to me so I do not have to concern myself with the so called "modern" alternative? Say what you will about old fashion ways of doing business, but rain or shine they work.

Tried so many times to register on MyRegal.com so that I could monitor my Crown points as well as add points earned when I purchased several movie tickets last week. I didn't have my card with me, and the cashier said I was NOT in the system. I have a Regal Crown Club card, 0000003085252. Could not register. The system just kept taking me in circles, and I do mean circles. I finally gave up and tried to call. Of course, it is after hours, and Customer Service is not available. First, system didn't like my password, then didn't like my email address, and finally didn't think I checked off the appropriate boxes in the "robot" section. Good heavens. Why make it so blasted hard.
