I went to your distributor @ SMARTCOM ENTERPRISE, LOT S37 2ND FLOOR IPOH PARADE, IPOH and the guy told me to send to your SERVICE CENTER without even bother to check or inquiring further regarding my problem. He told me they are just distributor and only know how to sell phones only. I once bought original Samsung phone cover from this shop. This would be the last for me, my family, colleagues and friends. This is a very bad after sales service by Samsung. Please solve my problem and I would appreciate it if the owner of the shop knows that his staff has zero product knowledge. Standing in front of the shop looking at passerby.

Once approched Maxis center - looks like they only concentrate on selling. They wanted two weeks for sending the phone to Taman Molek which few kilometers. I Did requested for few days, but they respone not responesibility. I am very angry - I did to return the phone, but i am 15 years customers of Maxis.

Hi Samsung, I am Joey from Johor Bahru Malaysia. I am a Samsung supporter and i am using Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Previous got a problem which is Samsung using longer time around few months will be lagging. But Note five is much better at all. And note five is great to me because got S note and function more simple and easy to use. Now i am not often bring Tab go out for business since smartphone can get a help to me. But now i am facing a problem is the mobile network connection. Firstly i thought is my SIM card problem, i go to center renew my SIM card, but until now around one month still same problem. Please advice some solving problem idea to me. Kindly advice. I have to restart or switch on my phone 10times per day then only can use the connection, , but use only few minutes still same disable to connect mobile network. It very terrible. Dear Sir, I just bought Samsung Note four last week from YES Support Services Sdn Bhd shop in Johor Bahru KSL shopping mall outlet. However, I got below problem:1. My phone reception is very poorMy last HTC phone using at my home, it's always full reception signal, but Samsung sometimes has only one signal bar. My network is Digi as no change. 2. When I engage on a call, the H signal will be reduced to E, this caused me unable to surfing internet/email continuously when I talking with the customer. 3. The call is always poor quality. The recipient is unable to hear my voice clearly and complaining the line is keep cutting off where I am actually able to get their voice. Is that speaker problem? Or the line problem? I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note four two weeks ago. However, within the first week of using. I have problems with charging it. It took 2. five hours to charge from 20% to 60% even after changing the charger and reformatting the phone. In addition, I did experience lags and hangs while using this phone, and it gets heated up within few minutes of usage. I went to the customer service for four times and the problem is not solved yet. I am truly disappointed with this product and I would strongly request for a full money refund. (continue) Prompting me to wave another sales guy to come over. He angrily stepped forward closing to me and seem like asking for a brawl. At the moment the arrival sales guy came for aid by pulling him away. Then I walked to the counter to inform another staff about his extremely worst attitude. When I was explaining to them about the incident again the emotional sales guy came to me reacted the same manner. Realising by third staff acted quickly pull him far away. Finally the two staffs apologised on behalf of Samsung company and consoling me by promised to inform top management about the incident. Maybe disciplinary action will impose against him. Anyway I thankful to those helpful staffs and hopefully Samsung HR department will seriously look into the matter in order to serve existing or gain new customers. Appreciate and thank you.

I went to your center located at ground floor Low Yat plaza on 16/8/13 Friday at around 7:00pm. I am testing the Samsung Mega phone browsing speed by surfing the youtube, then a sales guy (fair complexion and skinny tall) came over to serve me. He asked me what can I help you? I replied saying I am testing the device performance and found that the performances not so ideal because of intermittently buffering. He answered due to the wifi supply enable to catering such many devices here. I resist replying that iphone five doesn't happen such problem and is better perhaps its specification is higher. He became feeling unhappy then turned emotional and aggressive. He unpolitely voiced me to bring out my iphone five to challenge to said phone. I told him to go away then he became more aggressive stepped forward close to me with angry face. I reiterated saying.. you please go away. He started insulting me.. saying "you do not own iphone five as well as you have no money to buy to phone"
