With the service order No. 4172549587 for repairing of Samsung J5, the phone is not fixed yet. When I visited to Intertec, Al Nasr on 4th October where I gave the phone to fix it, I got a answer by a customer service lady that the phone has fixed and the technician is monitoring the phone for two days before give it to the customer and I got a call from 971 four 366 2251 and came to know that the spare parts not available so that I have to wait about three weeks to get it from Korea. Even I talked on phone to Intertec manager about my issue and requested to replace the phone and he assured me that I would get a call from their team after they talked to Samsung. Please note that I am going for Vacation on 13th of October and not here for four months. I would like to request you to fix this issue by 12th of October or replace the phone so that I do not need to buy other phone. I would be very much appreciated and keep loving Samsung. Thank you.

My washing machine (Samsung EcoBubble) was displaying an error message E3. I called the maintenance engineer, who didn't know what the problem was and told me to switch the machine off and on again.
