The repair service in Newmarket are the worst people to deal with wouldn't recommend any one call them. They are over priced. And do not do anything to help just suggest you buy a new appliance. Would never buy another thing from sear in the way of appliance or anything that any need service.

I purchased a dishwasher and stove in April 2015 with additional one year warranty. July 2017 dishwasher ceased to work and was corrected, but then water wouldn't heat. Part back ordered so offered $345. 23. My cost was $649. 99 plus $111. 99 HST so discount to me amounted to $50. Could wait for part or take offer. Agreed reluctantly and am now told have to spend on another appliance. Also purchased microwave and fridge from Sears, but feel robbed. Dishwasher still under warranty. Widowed and live alone.

The supervisors (Sarah was the last one) always say they need approval and will call me back regarding my dishwasher that is under warranty, but never do.
