I did not receive my Sunday paper. Can I have one delivered today?.
Mr. Thomas Kan On Phone To Star Advertiser Contact Service
I did not subscribe your paper (Staradvertiser) and you kept sending it to my place. I called last week and talked to a lady in customer service, she said she will stop the delivery, but it never happened. I still getting these damn unwanted papers every morning, which I have to pick them up and dump in the dumpster. Why. You people have no pride, do not understand English or you do not want to take no for an answer? I already told you I got paper through other avenue. I WANT IT STOP IMMEDIATELY. If you do not correct this problem, I will contact your higher up. (Trying to call customer service again, but no one answer and put me on hold for the longest time) WTF.

I'm for a digital printout available online. Local news will be within reach a day/two not like the mailing process, ten days or more before = by the time a delivered issue reaches methe news would be outdated. Money saved - no handling and shipping cost - think of the $$$ saved. There are thousands of us transplanted islanders from all parts of the world. I read a hard copy of the Honolulu Star Advertiser dated July 23, 2018 at our local L and L Hawaiian fast food. Us transplanted locals are hungry for current local happenings back home. I do hope to hear from the Honolulu Star Advertiser people.

Sir:
I do not know why you had made such an error on my instructions. I called customer service on July four, 2017, to stop delivery of the newspaper on July five, 2017, and reinstate delivery on July 15, 2017 )you asked if you would accept delivery to some other organization during my absence-I agreed). Instead, you delivered papers on July 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 to my condo. I instructed to start newspaper deliver on Saturday July 15, 2017. However, I have received any newpaper as of Sunday, July 16, 2017. What went wrong?

As manager of Colonnade on the Greens in Aiea, I received a complimentary paper daily. As of Monday, the gratuity stopped without explanation and I cannot reach the appointed delivery supervisor for an explanation. My office number is 808-487-5252 and my cell number is 808-721-5863.

You paper carrier has just informed us at 545 Queen St. That our papers will not be delivered to each apartment, but will be put in a pile at the front entrance. What is going on here? Why do not you fire this person and get someone who can deliver the papers without a cart (that is to be furnished by the apt people). He is no good. When I delivered papers as a child, we used a paper sack to carry the papers.
