Hi since yesterday afternoon, the network service of my SIM card with number 0922-8962859 was erroneously cut-off by the SM north annex business center shop's agent. Since I am the account holder of the Group Plan, i authorized my daughter, Star Melody Tan, to secure a replacement SIM card for her number 0922-2201089 after she lost her cellphone unit and SIM card yesterday noon. It was only in the evening did i realize that it is only my SIM that had no signal. I called up the call center to inquire why it was so. I was informed that it was my SIM card (0922-8962859) that was disabled, and not the SIM card (0922-2201089) that was lost and replaced yesterday afternoon. Until now, the signal service of my SIM has not been restored. I AM DEMANDING THAT IT BE RESTORED ASAP. Thanks,

I been your Post Paid subscriber for more or less eight years. I signed a contract that my billing date is every 14th day of the month with P1, 500 allowable billing allowance. I've been complaining several times of cutting my line every 8th day of the month and it is frankly ANNOYING. I wonder why you keep on cutting my line where in fact i am still paying. You are not making action for those subscribers who do not pays for the phone they applied and took from your Sun Cell Store while you keep on cutting my line. Would you please IMPROVE your service. The service I am receiving is atrocious. Under plan was entitled to select two black Nokia cel phones....I rejected receiving wrong size and color returning untouched to Sun, SM Mall, Cebu who insisted I take white Nokia cel phones.
This is for factory use and white is unacceptable...Brochure illustrates black color.SM Managerial staff is rude and will not act on my justified request. Weeks are passing without any action.
