My problem is the same as Mr. Mariusz Fiodorow. I went to Brazil on early of August and bought TIM SIM from Patio Savassi. I only want to use the service one month. I paid 49. 99BRL on my credit card from 1st month. Staff repeated to me 2-3 times that they will not charge fee on 2nd month, but it is still keep charging me. I try to contact +551128476144, but there is no one can speak English so what should i do now ?
Can you give me the effective way to contact or just cancel me SIM card. PS. I cannot remember my number and i am not in Brazil i cannot check the number.

I have a little problem. I was in Brazil in March (11. 03-23. 03). 11. 03 i bought a phone card in Rio de Janeiro. I paid 49, 99. I came back from vacations to Poland and I'm still paying 49, 99. I paid that price in April and now in May. Could You do something with that? Because i do not need this card in Poland. This is my Brazil phone number is 21965004053.
