I would like to complaint my led Toshiba TV model 40L2400VM always face same problem have sound without picture or black screen. It happens more than 5times from the day I purchase on Dec 2014. Due to this problems, I have call so many time to service center ask for repair. Even the technician already familiar come to my house. You can check back my service request records. Now my TV warranTy just left few month will expiry. So I hope Toshiba customer service can help me solve on this problems.

Greetings. My Toshiba LED television which is just off the warranty is experiencing white vertical lines on the screen, and the lines increases its coverage over time. I searched online to see the possible solution and found that many consumers are experiencing the same thing and one of them said you provided free repairing in this case so i write to ask. After 20 over years of being a loyal TOSHIBA customer, I have to look for other more reliable brands that has better after sales service. Through the years you would think a Huge company like TOSHIBA would improve on it's Customers Service. Very disappointing to hear it takes more than two weeks for parts replacement on a fairly new (less than eight months) on a common household appliance such a washing machine. Add to the fact that the excuse given was truly unacceptable. TOSHIBA. DISGUSTING.
