Hi hope you can solve a problem. As an avid football fan I entered the euro sweep in my local pub. I got Republic of Ireland in the draw. The pub was paying our on fastest goal scored in the last 16. According to all records I can find on line and also I have seen both matches, Republic of Ireland scored at two minutes against France on 26th June ans Poland also scored at two minutes against Portugal on 30th June. Good Morning I purchased tickets for Euro 2016 via you ticketing portal, unfortunately I could attend the date of the match that I purchased via your portal, since I have sold the tickets on your ticketing portal and have received invoices stating that I will receive the money within ten days this was back on the 9th March. I have then had an email from UEFA stating that they have had trouble refunding the money and I need to update my card details online back on the 29th March, which I updated my card details and still I haven't received any Money. I have attached the invoices of the sale of the tickets, please could you look into this as a matter of urgency as this has now been going on three months and I am very disappointed with the way this has been handled.
I ordered tickets from UEFA for various matches at Euro 2016 (order No 04386705202550Q), but the parcel has been 'lost' by DPD, who along with Chronopost confirm the 'incident'. I have heard nothing else and want to know what UEFA will do about issuing new tickets. I am sure UEFA has a policy for this and that I am not the only fan in Europe to fail to get his ordered tickets.

Liverpool versus Manchester UTD was marred by chants from the Manchester United supporters. They taunted the home supporters with chants in regards to Liverpool fans being murderers.
