I have ordered products from Amazon and twice in a row the UPS driver says my package was undeliverable, address is wrong. Both times my address was correct. But the package goes back to Richmond BC and I have to call to confirm address is correct. Do the drivers not have GPS. I was supposed to receive product within 3-5 business days after shipment. Spent one day in transit from China to the USA, one day in transit from the USA to Canada, and has now been in Calgary for the past three days. What's the hold up in Calgary? I could drive and pick it up from Calgary if it wasn't so inconvenient and would have got it two days ago. I paid extra money to have it to me sooner and it wasn't. Frustrated as I now have to change my plans. The online tracking of package is also not as clear as it should be, as it should tell you where it is getting sent to next so that maybe I can just go get it myself if it's in a nearby city instead of waiting another couple days.

I phoned customer service at 7:03pm and was told the delivery will be delayed by one day and it should arrive by the end of the business day When it just has to get there.

I am writing to complain about delivery service in my area. This is in regard to a package that was NOT delivered to my 83 year old mother. The parcel was dropped off at the local Irving station in Blackville. The UPS driver there informed the workers that there was no car home at the address. My mother owns a car and it was in the driveway as well as her caregivers car. This had happened on a prior occasion and my mother was informed at that time that the driver does not come down the Howard Road. This is a paved road with many houses on it. It is not isolated or desolate. I do not understand what the problem is that this driver can not come up this road. We have had service from Purolator in the past and they did not seem to have difficulty delivering packages to my 83 year old mother. The area I am referring to is Blackville, New Brunswick (near Miramichi). This is very poor service and no excuse for it.
