yesterday was the last day, so i came to 200 Windflower gate, Woodbridge to redeem my promo code. Unfortunately, the tall cashier refused to let i have the merchandise at sale price (which is on sale) and refused the promo code too. The asian guy who works in this shop, is the one who introduced me the promotion, and explained me clearly, but yesterday he denied ?.

I purchased a winter jacket at a store in Chinook Mall in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on December 26th, 2015. two weeks ago. I noticed that there's rips up the seams in the armpit and up the back of the jacket. I called the store and they said that they will only exchange my jacket for the same one which they no longer have. They said they barely have any jackets left. I bought this jacket because I loved it and needed it and I stood in line on boxing day for two hours to buy it. But now it's wrecked because of poor craftsmanship and I need to purchase a new winter jacket. I have the receipt and they are also Refusing to give me my money back so I could go purchase a new jacket of my liking. From an Urban Planet. I an a single mom and a student and can not afford to just go buy a new jacket. Just had the worst experience at your west ed mall location We stood in line for 25 minutes. We were next in line, but the east Indian woman working the till completely ignored us and called an east Indian family who was still shopping to the till. There were four other people working the main floor they kept going behind the till so we asked if she could call someone to open up another till because we had already been waiting over 25 minutes and she snapped at us so I threw the pants I was going to buy on the counter and we left. I feel so disrespected and discriminated against because not only am I not east Indian, but I'm handicapped and in a wheelchair. They couldn't even get someone to unlock the wheelchair lift so my boyfriend had to lift me up the stairs.

I just bought some clothes with my sister at urban behavior metro town, the way they service really no good because they put only one cashier for helping ten person and they did not call other staff for helping her serve customer. I am understand they doing their job, but still customer always no one do not make customer waiting and cancel and leave your store. For what you guys have many till cash, but just only one person work serve ten customer?
