My complaint is that our carrier throws the paper from their car onto our porch each morning. It's like hide and seek every morning. This is the third time they have broken our flowers by the front door. I've never said anything until now. I'd like to be reimbursed the $20 I just paid for these two days earlier. This happened this morning. I'd like it if either the carrier can pay me direct or the Star can credit my subscription. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription at this time. 11826 Derek st, second time paper was not delivered to the house, every other house on the block has their paper, realize it is early and understand your 7am policy, however have always been delivered the paper quite early, frustrating, possible new confused carrier ? 519 739 9642, I am an early riser and depend on the Star to start my day, again everyone on the street gets the paper at 5am, but not me. This has just started happening within the last two weeks as service has been excellent in the past, hopefully this can be resolved. I wanted to renew my subscription to the windsor star by paying on line. For the past ten years i have been your custumer and i always paid by sending you a check. I had a bad fall and broke my hip which require surgery since i have a computer i figure i could pay you on line. I use my master card to pay and my card was decline i call my bank and was told there is nothing wrong with my card. I send an e-mail back to windsor star andtold them i have been using my card to shop on line for six years and i still do. I had call the winsor star by phone to find out why i was not getting my paper i was told its because i did not pay them i found out later that my master card to pay you was decline. It says we can pay on line so what is the problem.
