In addition, I also noticed that the folders that I created separately to store my important correspondents have been cleared without my knowledge. Someone has hacked into my email. I did not request Yahoo to close my account which they say will activate within 12 hours in which my records will all be deleted. Yahoo should find out from the customer whether the request is genuine instead of taking it seriously. Please do not cancel my account.
