My Aircel mobile number is 7277623710, i have done a recharge of 89 and was supposed to get 18000 local seconds as per the offer on my number, but i get 10000 local seconds and was told that i will get the rest 8000 local seconds in a week, but yet not got the remaining balance or seconds. The customer care number 198/ 9852012345 is not responding. Its a crap and to tell you frankly i apology to my mistake to choose the worst network with worst customer care support system. No way its going to make me any loss, but if this scene is going to continue i assure you that once again you will be of the market as has been in past too. Waiting for reply else i too do not care. Right now i am using four numbers of Aircel out of which two number are ported in Aircel and i guarantee you that once 90 days are over i will port out of this crap network. Hope i am clear.

Mera main account balance bar bar cut liya jaa rha hai wo bhi bina matlb k a or jabhi customer care service me call krta hu tab tab busy btata hai or koi call ko receive ka ke yun hi chor deta hai koi complain ko sunnta bhi nhi hai or kabhi mera balance 20, 30, 50, 50, 50, 30, 20, ye balance ko bar bar bina matlb k cut liya jata hai complain kro to bolta hai ki refund kr diya jayega, but aisa kuch bhi nhi hota hai. To mai aapse request krta hu ki mera balance ko refund kiya jaye or bi. A mane mtlb ka balance cut na bui nhi chahiye.

I bought a shim card of Aircel from Rohtas (Dehri on Sone) number Is 9852581234 few years back and I am using that number As my permanent number After loss my mobile I get a new shim from Patna one month back from your franchisee office near sun temple Anisabad, Patna. At the time of purchase shim card after given a passport size photograph and driving license zerox dully attested myself officer who is sited on chair told me your shim will start work from tomorrow evening, but till date its not started. As per customer care your paper is not reach in store so pleases send your paper, and as per franchisee office of above said your number is allotted to someone else please do something in my favor for start the number and oblige. Its very bad decision of mine that i m using Aircell.day before yesterday i recharged my balance with Rs.30 and today after 10:00pm my balance was 28 something then i clicked *121# and using this activated pocket internet for one day worth rupess 5. 1st time when i disconncted upto that i used my 2mb.from 2nd time when i surf net my balance get cuted off insted of data balance.i am not in roaming and do not downloaded anything.even of this my cutting off.its come to nine now it will go more less.i called on 198 b
