We Kelkar Udyog Samuh (Hotel Durvankur) at Ganapatipule are the exising Customer of BSNL since ten Years. We have the Telephone Numbers 235773, 235791. But Last one month our above numbers are DEAD. We made the Complaint to Malgund and Khandala Office to Solve our Problem, but nobody reply to us. No officers in the office to attend the customers complaints. There is only Security Companies Person who handle the customers complaints and he only says there is cable defect problem. So what we to do. Please do the needful and solve our problem as early as possible. Regards

Landline and also internet is not working properly since last two month. We complaint in nearby telephone exchange in Dapoli. We didn't get any response from there.
