My wife had sent a courier on 29th September 2013 from Mohali to be sent to Delhi with the above mentioned receipt number. It was told to her that I will receive the courier by Monday i.e. 30th or at the max Tuesday i.e. 1st October 2013, but till today i.e.3rd October 2013 16:00 hrs. I have still not received the courier and I am amazed with your support. The helpline number gets disconnected when we try to speak to the complaint service. I have never seen such a laidback service and support and that too when you are in a service industry. I would really delighted to receive my courier and some feedback as to track the courier.
