I would like to tell you that three months back I bought Samsung Galaxy Core from Samsung Store and have been facing lots of problems. I am really unsatisfied by purchasing this cell. I had heard a lot that Samsung provides good quality productions, but this was not the fact.
The cell which I am using right now gets hanged up all the time. Also I am not able to charge my cell from Socket. There is no problem in my cell's charger, but I am able to charge my cell through USB by plugging in to the laptop. It takes more than three hours to get the cell charged. Also the screen gets vanished some times.
Kindly let us know what can be done at this part or can I get new one coz I am really not able to rely on the cell which I am currently using even if the problem gets resolved.
