Since two months My mobile No. 9757442776 (Waghbil Road, OFF Ghodbunder Road, Thane West-400615)Mtnl has range problem many a times I have given complaint on 1053 they accept the complaint and gives a Request ID, without solving the problem they closes the complaint their own. They do not even bother to call me back whether the problem is solved or not. Till date I have launched complaint for more than five times, but no response at all. Today (16-06-2016) at 1503 morning they gave me few contact number for the issue, but on calling they says the all are retired person. (9869241761-Bhanushali, 986946866- Deshpande). Are you trying customer's patience?
After few hours on 1503 they says they do not have any concern person's contact number. What does this call-center 1503 Number for?

Till how long I have to face this problem OR should change the network provider?

Our office at thane location, Majiwada use MTNL Nos. 25477552 and 25477553. Usually we receive the bills for these numbers very late, and this time, we had not received at all. When checked with Service Nos, I got to know about my bill payment and due date, that has crossed and unnecessarily we are paying extra, although its not our mistake. I have a MTNL landline connection at my home. I had also taken the broadband connection. For the last two, three months, the telephone line is disconnected and the reason given by the line man is because of some flyover construction work going on in my area and the lines have been damaged in the process. As per the line man there is no guarantee when the land line will be restored again. I have disconnected the broadband connection as anyways it was of no use to me. Now I have got a bill for the my landline connection for the period for when the lines were already disconnected. I got a call from the accounts department regarding the bill and I was told to apply for a rebate for the bill so that the bill is reversed. I would like to know the process for applying for the rebate, to whom and where the rebate application is to be done. Please help me in this regards.

My tel. number 25811232 frequently throughout 2013 has been facing problems by way of just a slight ring If someone picks the phone he/she cannot hear the other party's voice. Several complaints have been lodged on 198. I can provide all docket nos. The phone gets working for few days and again its back to non-functional state.

At present the phone is dead. Present Complaint number is 5070.

I do not know why this problem whatever it is cant be resolved once for all?

Its a medical establishment where my patients and drs are greatly inconvenienced.
