I am an old customer of Reliance Mobile services. I have been using my Reliance mobile number 9832017517 for more than ten years. These days I use this Reliance number mainly for internet with less use in calls as I got a postpaid number from my office for use in Calls. I regularly recharge internet packs and maintain some Talk time balance. Suddenly i found my reliance number deactivated from your end without any intimation and I am unable to make any calls even after i recharged talktime. Only on 18. 8. 15 an amount of rupees 30/-stands deducted which I agree, but the rest for rupees 3/- frequently is not under stood. please Check and rectify the fault.

9641508250 is my cell number When I got this SIM, I specifically asked for do not disturb. Inspite of all that sum of rupees. 30 is cut every month for masti ke rang. What is shocking is the way you cut the money without confirming it. Unsub is so difficult, most of the time it says system error.complaint number takes almost 20 mts to finish the call, again rupees. 20 was cut today as my balance was rupees. 21 only. Has reliance gone to beggars or dogs ? It says last date for unsub is 24th then why and how it cuts rupees. 20 before the expiry date. This way the company is cheating millions of countrymen. Remember most of the people do not have time to go through your complicated toll free ccs. Whosoever is in charge of this must realize the problems faced by customers and make an immediate refund.

Though I have been using BSNL data cards long time, I recently bought a Reliance SIM(7865802724) and charged it with rupees 123 net pack. I got a message for 1GB 3G data for one month, but dialing at *111*1*3# or messaging at 55333 as MBAL shows only 510MB data. Also I tried twice, but both time the same. Customer care also could not fetch any reliable reply or solution of the same. Kindly solve it or if it is fraud of 1GB 3G data for Rs.123 then it will be better to continue with BSNL 3G data pack of 1GB for Rs.139.
