I have been contacting my dealer for four months now and have yet to have my cat napper fixed. The dealer says they have been constantly calling cat napper and they can not get in touch with them. I would like a phone number to speak to an actual person from cat napper so I can get my issue resolved.

My husband and I purchased a Catnapper rocker/recliner approximately three years ago and it is not holding up at all like we expected. He has had to work on it several times to "tighten it up" and the seat is lumpy already and just not a comfortable sit at all - I am truly disappointed in the quality of the chair - we paid almost $700 for this chair, partly due to it being camo in color, but I really think a $700 chair should last better than this one has - out last rocker/recliner was a lazy boy and we had it for 30 years before purchasing this Catnapper. I brought a recliner sectional from Furniture Outlet in Augusta, GA in 2016. I left the recliner up and notes that the material was torn very badly. I contacted the store that I purchased the furniture from and they referred me to Epoch Upholstery, they came out on 12/05/2017 and they told me they ordered the material to repair the torn area. However, to date I have not received the material and I also paid them $85. 00. Epoch said they would return my money and I can order the material myself. I have not received my money back. I went back to the store for some assistance and again no one is helping me here. I was even willing to see if I could pay half price to replace this section of the sectional. I need your help.

2 - I have a Catnapper Lift Chair that is about 18 months old. The Base Motor mount has snapper in two. . I never found the clip that holds it, and am suspicious that over time it worked out of the frame mount and started twisting. The lift for the legs seemed to be only lifting half way up for quite a while. The Serial Number is: 34672 73, Style: 54855 Mfg date: 12202 016 Id 34672733 Base motor: MC1601150418. I can send pictures of the damaged motor and motor mount, but do not know how on this message. In hopes that someone can rescue me, as I am a 75 yr old, disabled Vet and really need my leg lifted up, as its amputated. I purchased this chair from EBay, no receipt, and EBay can not find it - they say that they do not have it as the Vendor may be out of business. ?

We live in Sharpsburg MD and bought a Catnapper bonded leather recliner couch in Jan 2014 from Wolf’s Furnitire in Hagerstown MD. How long is the expected lifespan of your furniture? Absolutely ridiculous that you can not talk to a human being about your problem. I was told you can only email it leave a message concerning your problem and this is the way they do business because they have a huge call volume. They will contact you within 48-72 hours. You wouldn't have such a large call volume if you didn't sell junk .

Catnapper loveseat rocker recliner style 49422 - cover 1209 59. I paid $800+ and expected this piece of furniture to last for years, but the fabric (some type of faux leather) is a disaster. It needs to be recovered and it appears from other complaints that this material will simple not hold up. Sounds like this should not even be offered - I need this to be recovered to continue to use this in my home? Please contact me to make plans to recover this piece of furniture. I purchased a 4824 Catnapper liftchair for my husband with terminal cancer I bought from corvins furniture my husband passed away in March I am trying to get reimbursed for mechanical parts or chair, but because I didn't get from medical supply they will not reimburse me said this was not medically necessary I do not understand are the mechanical parts different in lift chair from a medical supply place.

I bought a Catnapper recliner about two years ago. Ever since I got it, the chair would turn over with us. It did it several times on my husband and my grandchildren. I keep it in the living room, but no one can sit in it or recline. Also the handle was flimsy and broke. I was wondering can we still get it fixed or do we just get rid of it. It looks really good, but no one can sit in it. It is made with a round bottom on it where the recliner sits. Please let me know so I will know what to do with this chair. I purchased two recliners from Jay's Furniture in Hamilton, Ohio on 7/14/13 model numbers 4609-2, 4535-2. The 46092 model had to be repaired three times before finally Safeware replaced the chair spring mechanism, cushion, handle. This was and is my wifes chair she is only about 140 pounds so it was not from her weight. My chair 45352 broke and is sitting on the ground, I was told the insurance would replace the chair which I found out is not available, I then found out there was not enough insurance to cover the chair. I do not if the chairs were bad from the start or if Jays buys second hand stuff. I have a lot of friends who recommend Catnapper, I even bought my elderly mother two power recliners which have been great. I am really disappointed in our chairs and I will never buy or recommend your product to anyone anymore.

Fake leather upholstery is peeling after a couple of years. Recliner mechanism has broken twice. Springs are lopsided causing the person sitting on the chair to slide to one corner. I was told by the salesperson that this was top quality furniture and I paid top dollar. What a disappointment.

Ordered two (2) Geneva red leather recliners with wedge from Home Cinema Center (HCC). They said order shipped on 01-15-2016. When I couldn't get tracking info from alleged shipper I called HCC and received response that Catnapper delayed the order. Want to know if that is true as I've paid them and don't know when I will get merchandise.

We purchased a Catnapper wellington style 4840 dune on May 02, 2012. We have had it for three years and the motor died. We paid $729. 92 with tax included i New York. It seam like it should have last longer then that for that kind of money. It is a lift chair. We were told that there is a three year warranty on the mechanism. I have a beautiful set of Catnapper furniture --- right after we bought the furniture we finished an upstairs room so the furniture has hardly gotten any use -- The problem --- the sofa arm looks like the material has disintegrated. It is the fake leather (Pleather - or whatever you call it.). Is there any way I can send a photo and see if there is something you can do ---- it is very sad for a relatively new furniture piece to have such a problem.

I bought a full set of Catnapper furniture on 18 June 2012, from Farmers Home Furniture, in Hinesville, Georgia. My problem is that the leather is peeling and coming apart at the footrest. The swivel chair and double loveseat are in great condition just the couch is the one that is coming apart. Do not wish to complain, but this is ridiculous in only two and one half years. Is there any kind of warranty or recall or can this be fixed.

I purchased a Catnapper couch and loveseat and have had it a little over a year and the so called bonded leather is coming apart on both of them. I have contacted the place, from where i purchased them. They informed me that you would only let them replace the upholstery, from where it was coming apart. I would rather you replace the set as i can see, it is not going to hold up. It has definitely not been abused and taken well care off. It was a $2000 purchased and i am sure that Catnapper is very willing to work with me on this. I understand that you are a very reputable company. Please let me know, if this can be taken care of.
