I rented a car from hertz in the amount of $163. 73. When I went to pick up the car, they said I needed an additional $200. 00 deposit. They would not accept a debit card, or cash. I did not have the funds on my credit card to make the deposit. The car was not rented, and I want my $163. 73 put back into my account. I have made several calls to Hertz, and to my credit card company with no results. I keep getting transferred to different departments. Please find a way to resolve this issue. Hello to whom it may concern. I went on line to made a reservation for a small car. To go to a funeral of a 14 years old family member who got shot. Funeral on Saturday the six th of Aug , . So my problem is that I feel taking advantage off, because when am making the reservation it show me that am making it with rent a car, with the amount of $15 dollars a day. I booked a Car Rental reservation with you for July 15/2016. The reservation is DRV3731562. It was a mess. I called them one day before and they told me that everything was ok. I arrived there and nobody was at the desk at the airport. It took them almost three hours. They told me that they did not accept the price that I had on my reservation ($52. 00 @ week) they also had a different car, a mini two door car. They also did not accept the insurance that you recommended me to get. I had already paid $69. 00 in advance for the insurance. I ended paying $480. 00 Pesos ($27. 42 Dlls @ day)
This was horrible, I demand that I get a refund for the insurance that I had already paid and the difference that paid for the car rental. I have been trying to talk to somebody in your company, but they keep giving me wrong numbers. By the way, Ace Rental company does not exist in Torreon, they transfer you to a different company. I am not happy at all with your services.

On April 30th 2016 at 01 AM I was refused a car at Stansted Airport due to a computer error, saying I was not registered at my house, where I have lived for ten years, forcing me to take a six hour trip by two busses, one train and a taxi to finally arrive home at 06. 30am, very tired and obviously angry. away insurance was very reasonable for the ten days we were going to use it for. NEVER use car rentals.com. We booked a car rental and were given a default time, not the time we wanted. When we realized and tried to make a change, we were sent in circles, everyone passing the buck and no help at all. All they did was sent a list of rules that stated the car would be held for two hours past the booking, then would be given away. The default booking time was set for noon, before we would even have started our five hour flight. Why would we choose that time ? Hotwire was zero help, won't use them ever again either.

This company is supposed to be a subsidiary of hotwire.com. The phone number provided is to hotwire, but the reps are not able to access any information that was booked using car rentals.com. I would not suggest using them as if any modifications need to be done to your reservation, you will not be able to contact anyone at this company to do so. All I need to do was adjust the cat pick up time as the mobile website automatically defaults the time to noon. I wound up paying the $25 cancellation fee and that had became too complicated. BEWARE OF CAR RENTALS. COM.

I made reservations thru Carrentals.com, I pick E-Z Rent-A-Car agency. Upon giving the confirmation from Carrentals.com to the counter clerk, he stated that because I was a local - I can only get 15 miles free as stated in the terms for Carrentals.com. I replied and showed him the car rental details and it shows unlimited mileage. He said "I see", but I know Carrentals.com have that restrictions if you are a local renter. I ask him for a customer service phone number for a refund from Carrentals.com and he apologize and told me "good luck". I never got the rental because I needed the car to go out of Texas and back within the rental duration. Who gets 15 miles on a rental car. Really. I will not recommend carrentaals.com to anyone at all, ever Those restrictions are ridiculous.
