No one at condor can give me a straight answer so I get the run around. How do I get my lien release from Condor since they went out of business? I've been calling Condor to have them report all of my payments to the credit bureaus for the last two years since I bought my car and I get the run around and hung up on. They said someone will call me and I never get the call, they say they working on sending me my payment history and my contract and today is the day I still haven't received them. This is the WORSE WORSE company I have ever dealt with in my life, unprofessional and really do not care to assist and help the customer. They have been charging me fee and changing the amount without any notice. I started with a $5 fee and now they're charging me $23. The abuse the customer and get way with it and I will put an end to this. I need my credit to look like it supposed to with the correct reporting since I been making my payments on time. I will hire a lawyer if I have to because this is unacceptable and I have had enough.
