I have received a disconnect notice, and have been trying to make the payment all morning. Just found out yesterday that my payments were returned to my checking account. The phone number provided keeps going in circles, without human intervention. The three digit number on my account was entered incorrectly, I have remedied that. Telephone number 207-863-2210, has not been repaired. No phone service since 6/5/2018. Called and informed that phone would be repaired on 6/8/2018. No repair. This is exasperating. Very disappointed with Consolidated's service. We do not have phone service and it is 6/9/2018. Please respond to this message and explain why we are not getting service on our phone.

I have been unable to get through to Customer Service with either the number on the back of my phone bill (1-844-968-7224) or the number posted on the Internet (217) 235-3311. In the former I have been put on hold with the MOST ANNOYING hold music I have ever encountered and have been repeatedly told that all service agents are busy with other customers for over 1/2 hour with no indication of how long the wait time will be (for two straight days). On April 17 we placed an order for DSL service for our address in Blue Hill, Maine and have not received any equipment or update on when this will happen. I would appreciate an update on when we can expect this to happen. Bill Loomis

Got a call late today about an appointment for phone repair tomorrow by 7PM. Nothing wrong with the phone, but spotty internet service, which is why we called. Have an upgrade scheduled for May 16 and wanted it all taken care of at that time. We will not be here tomorrow.
