Am very dissapointed at how complaints are expedited at the Eldoret branch. On 28th May 2017, at Kapkobil, Cheplaskei, Eldoret, one of the power lines on the main grid had a power surge. This caused it to light up the power pole and in the process caused immense damage to power metres of over ten households. Kenya Power team from eldoret branch arrived immidiately and they promised they will replace the damaged metres. Today marks the 9th day without power courtesy of Kenya Power. Thank you. Moving forward, kindly, if possible, could you recheck how the employees of Eldoret office were employed? what they like doing best is refering a client with complaints from one office to the other which is really frustrating. They have promised us since 29th May 2017 that a team has been dispatched to asses the damage. We are stiil waitingHelp us. If there is another process that we are not coversant with, guide us e. G acquring signatures for purposes of securing petitions/motions to hasten the process. 0724643242.

My account 52156668. For the last 2months I have been to your offices due to exaggerated estimated bills. On 17th January 2018 I received a message that they had rectified the situation and I had no bill to pay. I called 95551 an agent comfirmed. I tried sending the meter reading through 551 and the response was a querry on another account. three days later I received another bill estimate 625kwh. I went back to ruiru station met the same officers asked to leave my current readings as usual. Kindly try to sort this problem. The statement they gave me last month reflected about nine other accounts which I do not know. My account is my residential plot and not a factory as the estimates suggest. I have been to thika office because I had no confidence with ruiru office, but was reffered back to ruiru. Please kindly sort this problem.

I write to complain about my account #2374883.
My June bill was read with errors.
It indicated a reading of 16736 instead of 16143.
I went to your ruiru office with the correct reading and they promised to rectify the error. I was told to pay an amount of kshs. 2970, but paid 3000 for 156 units. Now am being threatened with disconnection on 17th July for an unpaid bill of kshs. 13764. Due to your reading errors.Why should i be victimized due to your reading errors? Kindly assist.
