I am currently staying at Riu Montego Bay. One room smelled like sewage, the room I was moved to after had fecal matter. The assistant manager offered me dinner on the beach rather than rectification. How do I address this. I have pictures.
My kids are at the Riu Merengue Resort in Peurto Plata DR, June 13th for seven days, as I write this. I am very very concerned about their well being and health I just received photos of my son with large bite marks all over his body. He has changed rooms already three times since arriving on June 13th, 2017. He sent me photos of termite nests in his room (thus the bite marks) He has spent most of his vacation switching rooms and this is not how I had planned his vacation. Please investigate this resort before someone gets badly hurt or infected. Clean up your good name. I sent him and his friends there (young adults) because Riu's reputation of having amazing and great resorts, please do not rate this hotel 4. five it should be two because of the bad food, rude staff and bugs
He will not get his vacation back and the memory of your resort will remain negative.
I was at the hotel Riu Guanacaste on Friday 9/15/17. I was taking a shower when I slipped and fell backwards and hit the wall. I hit the wall so hard with my back and neck that it knock the facet completely off the wall. The water was coming straight from the wall with full force. We had to call the front desk twice. While standing in the hallway the Director general ask me what happen and I told him. I went to the front desk and ask to do a report and they said to me they have it in the computer, I ask to see it or get a copy of it for future reference and they said that I couldn't. I ask about seeing a doctor they said that it was $150. 00 and they would most likely sent me to the hospital. Granted I am leaving the next day at 6:00 in the morning this was at 8:00 pm the night before. They didn't ask me how do I feel, are you hurt, that they were sorry or anything. The director had the nerve to say to me at least we didn't charge you for changing the room. 352-322-9053.
Let me start by saying this my 4th visit in the last four years and this one is the worst. I am here for six nights i called four times and went to the front desk once to have diet coke delivered to our room. I called again now, request the customer service rep name the name of the manager and requested diet coke again, yea finally they delivered before I could finish this email. Sorry, but I am vacation and do not need this. Riu PALACE ARUBA.

Vacation 7/19/2017-7/24/2017 diaster, no running water for six hr, toilets system plugged up poor customer service rui palace hotel nassua bahama. Closed hotel doors without alerting customers or accomendating me 2days left had to leave to return home to united state stressed and emotionally upset regarding this trip and stay in your hotel. Would like to be compensated for this trip. I got sick from food kichen staff unable to wash hands due to water being tirned off, unsanitary condition. Plugged toilet awful hotel, needs cleaning up and better management skills. Spoke with operatio and manger Nicholas would like Riu to credit me fully for awful stay in hotel please contact me if possible re; this (vacation from hell)sorry it was awful and not enjoyable at all.

I returned from a vacation in Costa Rica, we Stayed at Riu Guanacaste. Everything was good for our first three days, until a Hurricane hit the Guanacaste area. The staff was awesome, however no information was given about anything. The management acted as though nothing was happening. Many guests were scared. Frightened. The only information we received was from outside vendors. That is not acceptable. I would offer my services to Riu as a logistics coordinator so that this won't be repeated again. People not knowing if they can get to the airport. No communication with their families to let them know they are ok. We personally contacted people's families when we landed back in the states to let them know their loved ones were ok.
