I have reconnected my connection in the month of July 2016, I have been made to pay subscription for the months of April )Which I have not used and my connection has been cut by then) and also for the current month i. E. July 2016 last month with a promise that that amount will be adjusted in the next months bill, but I have receiving messages to pay 495/- by 10th of Aug-2016. Please see that the extra amount that I have paid i. E. For the April-2016 which I have not at all used may be adjusted for this month. Thank you

I am Maadugula Srinivas (9948443322) using Beam internet for the last several years. However, of late internet is disconnecting/disrupting from your side. Though I have been complaining to repeatedly to your toll free number, but no use. I paid the amount till November, 2016, will you return the amount by deducting till this day, because your service is worst. Basically, I was forced to wait 15-30 minutes, sometimes even hour also, just to give complaint with your beam. But no permanent solution from your side. I do not know why almost once in a week no net.

New connection taken on 31st March 2016, but beam portal page is showing in system, requested raised in this regard with customer care and called nearly 12 times in last five days, every time getting assurance that with in 24 hours resolution provided, but till now the issue not resolved. Just tell me R U people are interested in resolving the issue or not. If not then please refund the six months advance which i have paid in advance with interest.
