Tank pad bought and Installed at dealership has bubbles, key hole part was lost while riding as it did not stick. The poor gum quality and workmanship was highlighted at installation, but was told that gum would dry and stick
Kindly provide replacement immediately and train staff. Over all service quality of Bagga link is very poor this feedback of the riding group of Kawasaki.

My bike met with an accident i had given it for repairs to Kivraj motors Bangalore as the quote was very high i did not want to get the repairs done at the service center i took the bike back from service station on 13th August When i had given the bike i was not told about anything missing expect for everything in front part of the bike which i know was damaged due to accidentAfter collecting the bike one of my friends who is working on my bike as a project he told me that RR unit and ECM are missing, these parts under the tank part next to air-filter there is no way that these would be impacted because of accident Also the quotation does not mention anything about ECM or RR. I had bought a new Kavasaki Ninja 300 this February from your authorized dealer in Pheonix mills, Lover Parel, Mumbai, India While buying the bike I was promised 100% insurance on metal and 95% on fiber by your sales person Mr. Nimesh Taylor now my front wheel rim was damaged due to unknown reasons. Now your insurance assistant Mr. Rajnikant is promicing me only 90% and i was asked to tow my bike from my home to the service centre which cost me money then when i reached the service center i was told that i can not keep my bike there as the rim will take time to come so i had to tow my bike back to my home which again cost me money and time.
