I live in Noida. My LL connection ( 0120 4165049 ) is out of service since 20th July. I lodged a complaint with the help line on 20th July which yielded no response. Again on 22nd July I logged in a complaint and spoke to an agent who promised urgent help, but again nothing happened. Now I am writing to you for help. We recently got this LL and now its out of service for last three days and still no revert from Airtel. The two SR's are 35892498 and 35966086. What is the point in giving these reference numbers and a timeline when you have no intentions of keeping it.
