Dear sir, i had purchase a mobile Sony Xperia Neo L from Aligarh (U.P) on dated 24/03/2013 from Sony Exclusive Showroom, from the beginning its having hanging problem ,i went to Sony service center and they said its happen in touch screen phones, i back to home and before 13 days back my mobile certain turn off with some disturbance on screen, i tried to on, but its was dead at that time, again i have given my mobile to Sony service center through dealer, the complaint No.is -886
on dated 29/07/2013, i do not want to take that problematic mobile again ,so kindly change it. 8439757383.

My second Xperia Z has failed again and having the same problem last one had. I can not charge the battery if I tuned off the mobile. In this case I have to make sure that battery status does not go below zero. Otherwise it will enter into the complete dead mode.I was instructed and directed to write to South Africa, but they only acknowledge the problem,. No any concrete solution yet.
The phone was bought from Bhavnage(India)Sony DEALER and cuurently I am in Tanzania. Kindly assist urgently before phone goes to dead mode.
