I have been using asianet cable vision for the last 15 years, since last two years we were lodging complaint for not receiving signals properly, if you check previous complaint records you might find the proof, since last week they have installed new cable and the channel reception seems to be ok for normal channels, my HD channels for which i have paid one years advance, till now, i have never got all the channels, out 35 or 40 channels I am getting only nine channels only, i have lodged complaint very day, nothing has been done sor far, t/fore i request your good office to disconnect my connection and refund my subcription which i have paid. I need an action on priority basis, to be frank i have not seen an hopeless office like your cablenet vision office people, no resposiblity or courtesey to their clients,

All these time, modem is unable to get a signal and most of the time it remains offline. Even though i had made a complaint on one week before, they told me it was solved, but I am still experiencing the same problem. There is no toll free number to call and register our complaints. More than ten times i called them and most of the time it will take 10-15mts to get connected. Still they do not do any compromise in the bill.

My TV connection has got disconnected and there is a due of Rs700. 00 as of dateI cannot pay it online and there is no where I can pay the amount now as it Saturday evening and tomorrow is Sunday. I wish you could open the subscription for Saturday and Sunday and I shall pay the amount on Monday. If this cannot be done, I will be cancelling my subscription as there is no use of keeping a connection which is not customer friendly. Now the internet download speed is 0.eight Mbps and upload speed 0.45 Mbps. This is the best speed I am getting.
