He attended our neighbor's problem, Changed their wire and solved their problem. The D. P. For all the neighboring connections is in our compound. Your line man went back without repairing our telephone even after our request. Today I received a sms informing that our problem has been resolved. I am shocked-to get such SMS. please Note that our problem is not resolved yet. Request early action in this regard.

My Telephone number is 020-27670264 and account number is 1018968556 and having a broadband connection with combo plan 600 limited from 19 Feb'2014. Till July 2014, the bill was within the limit i. E. Between Rs. 600 to 700/- only. However, during last two months i. E. August 2014 and Sept' 2014, the bill has suddenly increased i. E. For Aug'2014 = Rs. 1370/- and For Sept'14 = Rs. 2368 even though I am using the broadband service with same pace. No extra utilization/ down load has been made. As per my opinion, the bill should be within Rs. 600 to 700. It may be due to faulty meter reading which has suddenly increased. Hence, it is requested to kindly inquire about the same and accordingly, the previous bills for two months may please be corrected and excess amount paid may please be adjusted in future bills. I was continous user if landline number 27494392, I wish to discontinue my landline Nos.asking to concern person, he says that first you have to pay pending bill amount after we will discontine, I have paid one time rupees 1400,I have already sumbitted my handset instrument in Akurdi BSNL office, and requesting to discontinue my landline Nos. concern person said that the number has already loged for discontinue and authrisation is pending at our end. Just for precision I have dailed my Number, surprising that still my landline is not discontinue.
